Item must be received back at FluxTone no later than 3 weeks after initial ship date.

If you are returning an item for the “money back guaranty”, you must:

•           First get authorization…via obtaining a “RA number” call… 303-907-9078

•           Pay for return shipping, and Buy insurance for the full amount invested.

•           Must be returned in original packaging.

•           Must be returned in merchantable condition.* 

•           Agree to a 15% restocking fee.

•           Accept a FluxTone company check as the only form of Refund.

After inspecting, testing, and having found the returned merchandise in satisfactory condition, FluxTone will issue a company check to the original purchaser’s address for an amount to be at least 85% of the purchase price.

*   No damage or signs of use…. That includes, but not limited to:

Dents, dings, scrapes, scratches, electrical damage, label damage, holes, etc.

In other words, any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new.
